If you haven't already heard of the name, then you should at least know one tune by this wild legend. On October 15th, 2010 Capital J tore up the dance floor at aBuV nightclub in Burlington, Ontario. Having now been in the game for 20 years, he delivered a nasty set to his fans to celebrate the 20th anniversary. The doors opened around 10:00 p.m and as the night went on the crowd continued to grow. By the time Cap J went on around 12:30 the dance floor was packed and shaking with bass. Unfortunately the bass cut out midway through J's set because the speakers blew, but regardless of that the night was a huge success. Not much of a surprise they blew anyways...it is capital J after all. The image above was taken by my sister: Stephanie Ottevanger who was the photographer for this event.
